Can I replace this shower panel?

Appreciate, this might be the bonest question on this forum, but can I remove and replace this side panel that supports my glass shower screen? I cannot seem to get it off.
Also- what is it called? I’ve googled so many different things and only seem to get the rail that screws into the wall, not the bit attached to the glass.

Appreciate any guidance

That looks like it’s been siliconed/adhesived in, so carefully score using a utility knife. Also looks like a wall profile, but search this: fixed shower screen spares
