We bought a rustic oak kitchen worktop from howdens (https://www.howdens.com/kitchen-col...block-worktops/rustic-oak-block-40mm-worktop/). We liked the natural rustic look but after oiling it with howdens' own brands clear oil, it has taken on an amber hue (my partner calls it orange and absolutely hates it)
