My Hotpoint Aquarius model wma31 washing machine has been leaking a bit. I checked all the hoses and connections and eventually I determined it was leaking from the bottom and inside there's a small black hose that I think is the sump pump hose which has a small leak.
Unfortunately they don't seem to sell the hose on it's own and I'll have to buy a full sump pump kit to get the hose for €55. All I need is a hose that should only cost about €3, €12 max. What is also frustrating is this seems to be a relatively common problem since the hose gets a lot of wear from the machine vibrating. Can I use a generic hose or will that cause problems due to the vibrations and temperature.
