can i use combi boiler with mega flow?

Hi please help me out, i have a valliant Turbomax 242e combi boiler and it just 5yrs old, and i am plaining to to do a loft conversion, i have been told to put a Mega Flow to maintain water preasure. My question is that can i used Mega Flow with the combi boiler? please advice. :cry:
