Can I use heat pump compatible cylinder with a standard vailant gas boiler without causing damage?

Hi,

I am going through the new installation of central heating system as part of renovation and decided to go with the vailant gas boiler for the time being instead of heat pump. However, to future proof it for heat pump installation in couple of years, wondering if I can get the heat pump compatible cylinder from vailant that can run with gas boiler (with flow temperature of 65C or more) so that I don't have to do replumbing for cylinder when I upgrade to the heat pump.
