Can I use my Boiler cupboard (pics) as a wardrobe?

Just pretty much the title.

It's in a small bedroom and there isn't enough space in the room for a bed,a desk and a wardrobe.

My plan was to put a bar across the cupboard and hang clothes up. Due to the depth of the cupboard they would not be touching the boiler, pipes etc.
The rail could be removed easily along with clothes when it's time for maintenance/servicing.

It's a brand new combi boiler with a flue

Stupidly never thought about the manual lol it says 600mm If it's a solid wall/door or 5mm if it's a removable door/panel. I should be fine then!
It also says no ventilation is required.

Thanks matey
