I've ended up with Tyvek Enecor instead of Tyvek Housewrap. I'm wrapping OSB on my shed before installing battens and cladding.

The product says "Flexible sheets for water proofing - Underlays for walls".

You need to review the manufacturers guidance documents.

For a shed, I doubt it matters and it will do.

I have read on some sellers websites it's "vapour permeable".

I can't find the product on the Dupont website. I think it's usually used as an underlay for roofing, and can be used for walls. The data sheet I saw is from 2010/12

Tyvek Enercor Water Vapour Transmission (SD)
Nominal - 0,025
Min - 0,01
Max - 0,04

Tyvek Housewrap Water Vapour Transmission (SD)
Nominal - 0,01
Min - 0,003
Max - 0,025

As Enercor has a higher SD, it lets less water vapour through, I think

I would be happy to point out garden timber sheds and other timber frames built without wrap that are older than anyone and everyone who posts in this thread!
