Can you buy a verticle sewage toilet in the uk?

I'm trying to save space and know that in Canada and the US you can buy a toilet where the sewage drains vertically instead of first going out the back and then downward, can someone pls help and tell me if I can find one of these in/around the London area? Or any other ideas as tight for space in a new toilet room?

Do you mean one where the waste pipe bends towards the front of the pan before exiting vertically? Whatever you mean, the pan will need to incorporate a trap within it, and swan neck pipe connectors will make it drop vertically pretty quickly.

I think that he is describing something different to an "S" trap.

I have not been to Canada yet but I have been to NY and California and never seen what he seems to be describing.

I was rather disgusted by the backwardness of a public toilet in a small town in France last week. They had what we used to call an "elephants foot" and no water or basin for washing hands.

I Have just spent 2 weeks in a cottage in Charente (W France) using a Loo with built in Macerator, absolutely hideous, discharges thro 25mm waste, Noise Unbelieveable as i found out when flushing after an early hours pee, ...woke up the whole village!!!
