Can you identify the switched live?

its, not really been connect up in the usual manor
but it will be the black wire on the left, connected to the blue wire, I expect!

No certain, but it looks as if the flex drop blue and brown have been connected to the wrong terminals, in which case the single black, connected to the blue, should be the switched live. The two blacks connected to the brown, are neutral, and lopped neutral to another light.

There’s writing on the rose, but could still be wired wrong as suggested above.
Most likely it's as others said, but easy enough to confirm with a voltmeter, between the right or left connector block, and earth.
