Can you make your own pencil tiles?

Hi

I am laying blue sparkly granite tiles on bathroom floor (600x300)

Can these same tiles be cut, with a wet saw, down to approx 600x30mm to produce pencil tiles to be used as a border on the wall. The wall tiles are exactly the same size and thickness and in white.


Would they look like the real deal... or will they miss the factory edge?

You'll struggle to get the edge and the accuracy thats really needed.
