Can you place shingle tiles on a fresh felt shed roof?

I've read that you shouldn't put a felt roof on top of an existing felt roof as it lowers its lifespan, however what about shingles?

Basically I have a log cabin style shed arriving today and it comes with felt. I'd like to basically replace this with shingles towards the end of summer as from my understanding, felt is basically rubbish.

Does the felt need to be removed completely, or are shingles ok to be laid on top?

If it was me,then I'd remove the felt.
Also just like felt there are different quality shingles & make sure the timber roof structure can handle the weight and that there is sufficient angle tothe roof for the tiles.
Isola tiles are very good quality btw
