Candy cdi 1012/2-80 not working

Hi I put the dishwasher into was cycle P1 and it runs a full wash empties everything as it should but when it's done the dishes are not cleaned properly and I have the following lights permantly illuminated P1,P2&P3 I have tried to take off the waste pipe to check for a blockage but get water free flowing through and now I'm totally baffled and would really appreciate any help available.
