CANDY CDI2210 - Error E8 - replace heating element?

Hi guys, does anyone know how to replace heating element in my dishwasher? It is placed in the tube for top arm.
I cant find service repair manual for this model :(.

I don't know if this will be of any help?
It's the service manual for a similar model; but even then, there isn't a great deal of advice for removal of parts. It is only an exploded diagram.

I think it's likely that panels will have to be removed! :)

It comes out the back, you have loosened the centre nut, now has to be prised out.There is a rubber grommet that expands when the nut is tightened.
 
More power solved :) . Now it is out, has resistance of 25 ohms (1900W 230V) - I don't think it's faulty ..... Any idea why it is not heating?

Dischwasher reports E8 and cold water is inside.

I did a test. No current enters the heating element. Can some help what should i check? Wash cycle finished with error 8.
