Candy DQW150 fillup with water when switched off

Hi.

The washing machine ( Candy DQW150 ) appears to fill up with water overnight, when the machine is not switched on. I've heard that this could be the inlet valve for the cold water. Can anyone confirm this and also tell me is it easy to replace the valve myself and the best place to purchase one from.
