Candy Dryer whirring noise? Video linked

Hi, can anyone help identify the issue of the whirring noise, from reading up a little I assume it may be likely the drum bearing, Motor, belt or wheel bearings?

It's a Candy Condenser Dryer - Model: GCC 590NB

I'm guessing all could make a certain noise if faulty but hopefully this noise is specific to the issue...

Take the belt off and run it. The motor should run. If it doesn't make the same noise, then you can rule out the motor. Then unplug and move the drum by hand. If it's a bearing problem, you should hear some noise. It's possible the drum is rubbing against something.
