Candy GO 2 482 washer is faulty and flashing

Hi as title says my washer has decided to stop working and will only pump water and drain water and not go thru any of the cycles ,
there is an error code with 5 flashes but I cant find any information on this would anyone in the know be able to help this frustrated owner
