Cannon Harrington Dual Fuel Cooker

I bought a new Cannon dual fule cooker a few weeks ago - electric double oven and four gas rings on the top.
Great cooker, except that the front left gas ring keeps going out when set on a low flame. It makes a sort of 'popping' sound and then goes out. No problem when it's on a high flame, although it sometimes makes what can only be described as an 'air rushing' sound. Doesn't happen with the other three gas rings.
The cooker is under warranty, and so I can call Cannon, but has anyone got any idea what it might be please?

yep call cannon its under gtee .you cant touch it its gas ,unless your gas trained .

Get the installer back 1st to check the gas rate and pressure.They won`t be covered under the warranty.
