Cannot change password

Trying to change my password - it won't accept anything. I've even kept it down to 8 characters. I go to http://www.diynot.com/network/user_account_pass.php and enter old password, then new password twice, but all that happens when I press the "save changes" button is that the screen goes blank. Refresh doesn't help. Logging out and back in again just confirms it's stuck on the old password.
