cant add to topics

came on this evening

unable to add to topics the only way i can answer any topic is to press quote box delete script and then answer is it trying to tell me somthing

Sometime the page download slowly that why you don't see it, put the kettle on next time it happen

There's no reason to add anything to topics.........I love them just the way they come
