Hi first time poster here, have a santon premier hot water tank, potterton boiler and a Drayton LP112 programmer. Cannot get hot water or central heating on demand, have tried different combinations of buttons, sometimes the hot water will come on, sometimes I can get the heating on but there is no pattern.
There is also a little box with an aerial coming out of the top that has 2 lights one saying 'trouble' one saying 'signal' and a red light flashes intermittently next to 'signal'.
Is this something I can fix or am I in need of a plumber, it seems more like a programming issue than an actual pipe/water problem, but I don't really know when it comes to plumbing. Would love to be able to tackle it myself but not sure if I'm out of my depth.
Any ideas would be welcome.
