I’ll get the kitchen panel off ready for the service, it’s glued in with sealant, been hanging off it and it’s not budging. I’ve ordered a T3R anyway which works with this relay.

Ok so the new T3R I have won’t bind with the original BDR91 despite what Honeywell say. I’ve followed the instructions perfectly. So now I’m looking at swapping the old BDR91 with the new receiver. Both live terminals are being used on the BDR91 whereas the new diagram shows only one being used. Any thoughts? And yes the power is off to the boiler!

Just swap the receivers, (if you can get at it), no need to replace back box

Personally, unless you know what’s connected the other end, I would copy as is.
