Can't get shower screen seal

Hi, I've got a basic shower cubicle with white bi fold doors, I've enauured with one the the main xhower seal sites and they say I can't get a replacement.
It's mouldy and won't clean up.

Is there some way I can use something else ?
Eg a bead of silicone ?
Or draught excluder ?

Cleaning the boat, well meant to be but some how I ended up outside the local here pint in hand.
