I am refurbishing my mum's 8mm microbore central heating system including the permanent removal of 2 radiators that are no longer needed.

Can I just put stop ends on both pipes or do I have to do something else?

I would also like to flush the system and would like to know the best way to it.

Many thanks

Yes you can just cap them.

Micro bore isnt great for powerflushing but you can inject a chemical and allow it to run for a few weeks. Htg will obviously need to be on for quite a bit to get the benefits

If you flush the system, I would flush it before removing the 2 rads so that you don't leave any crud in the system anywhere.
