You'll have to forget the RCBO option.
You could remove the lighting conductors from the consumer unit and route them through an external RCD or even and RCD fused spur or one of the other options that I listed further up the thread.

I started off with a simple question to what should be a simple job, It's now turned into a more complicated problem due to regulation changes
