Car battery solar panel help

Hi Me in retirement neighbour in retirement her car does not get much used hence I need to give
Jump start which is often one jump start & idle say 15/20min it will last 12/14 days then exercise is repeated
Battery is D15 varta 63AH ( I am not sure if this info will help) am thinking of getting
1.solar panel but not sure what Watts 20/40/60 etc
2.Also smart jump starter 20/25£ just in case solar has failed
Currently I use jump leads 2 car job( not always available

sounds like the battery is knackered, or there is some drain on it (is it left unlocked? some modern cars don't switch everything off until they are locked) ) - it should hold its charge for a fortnight

Once a battery has gone fully flat, it is damaged and will not perform to standard.

Is there any chance of running an extension lead into the boot and using a smart charger to maintain it?

Varta silvertop batts are the best I have used. Treated well, mine last ten years.

If they go flat more than once, I buy a new one.

Battery only 3 years old to be fair once fully charged after few miles run it does show 12.4/6 also on jump start it always gets going on one go
Just wanted easier method if I try starting after saying 7/10 days it starts no issue
