FFS you have been told by the Manufacturer that the fire is not suitable for the flue system, Manufacturers instructions over rule any BS you have been told it is not suitable what the fek do you expect to gain on here by keeping asking different things ????? THE MANUFACTURER HAS SAID IT IS NOT SUITABLE, Not even Agile can over rule the manufacturer although he will probably advise you otherwise

Well I'm just trying to find out which fires we can use so we can go into the shop armed with some knowledge.

Shops love it when a customer come in and asks for advice, Then says he has done his research on the internet.......

Why not choose a fire that looks as if it can work on your flue and then go to the shop and see if they agree it can work?

THE MANUFACTURER HAS SAID IT IS NOT SUITABLE,

So why did someone fit it if it was not suitable, suggests the fitter did not research as far as the manufacturer's instructions

At least the customer here is doing some research to try and avoid another "not suitable" fire being fitted by someone who has not "researched" even the manufacturer's instructions.

Let's hope the fire shop staff know what they're talking about and not just selling the fire to make maximum profit.
