Carpet problem..

Unfortunately my dog had an accident on my carpet. i did the usual cleaning routine, which was non bio soap powder, then rinse with clean water. which worked ok for a while.
Problem is the stain keeps re-appearing !
I keep cleaning it, but it just keeps coming back.

Please any advice... its driving me MAD...
