Hi All
I have 3 casement window all letting a draught in at the same place, the windows are 12 months old but cannot get the installers back. Can you advise how to adjust the window to seal the draught please. The side that is draughty isn't the one with the middle post attached.
Thanks

Open the window and use an allen key in the centre of each sliding cam, turn them so the dot or line points outwards

Yes use an allen key and turn them so the dot is facing out toward the rubber gasket, this will increase compression and make the handle a bit harder to operate, maybe just do the lower ones and see how it feels.

Looks like your in a new build, are you not still within your 2 year warranty, not sure who your builder was but they look like Kommerling windows but that's just me being anal
