MY husband has restored a cast iron cistern for our cloakroom. It looks lovely. BUT - we have no heating in there - I can hear you all saying they will have 'condensation' drips!!!
So OK - we have 'drips' - but we really like the look of it because the name on it is local to our area. I just wondered if there is any way, before he takes it down, to 'lag' the inside? Might be a silly question, I know, but it doesn't warrant it's own heating system and I don't want to see it go.
Fingers crossed one of you out there has some thoughts worth trying.
