Are there any problems in fitting a cat flap to a plastic door?

i take it you mean in the plastic panel where you would normally find glass?

Been covered before, do a search in the forums. Good luck.

The plastic panel is normally made of hard foam in between the outer plastic panel so it's quite easy to cut, some cat door comes with a longer screws to allow for the thickness
