CATAGORY D STOLEN AND RETURNED

Hi all, anyone have any info on a Category D stolen and returned car, do any checks have to be done before purchase or is it a case of leave well alone?

cat d = minor damage, no vic check needed

i had a 106 that needed a boot lid and bumper it was cat c = vic check needed

Your insurers may not like it though - it could be worth a chat with them.
