Despite cavity wall insulation filled my walls are socking cold as if no insulation in between also have insulated my suspended floors but still my floors and walls are too cold and quite damaging in terms of heating bills. Please any expert tell me what if I do the external wall insulation is that will help me? also worried that what if it started to damage in terms of damps etc as seen people say external wall insulation create damp issues? Please can some one guide me what would be the best solution to resolve this issue? and improve overall insulation and keep the house warm?
