All the ip addresses need to be in the same range, the first 3 segments need to be the same. If the cameras are addressesd 192.168.245.xxx the NIC addresse on nvr would be 192.168.245.1. No two addresses should be set the same. The settings for the NIC can usually be accessed in the settings menu on the nvr, for the cameras you need the login on a web browser using the ip addresses of the camera in the navigation bar, look for network settings and charge the ip as required ( you will have to turn off dhcp to make changes to the ip). You will require a laptop plugged into a spare port on the camera side of the nvr and possibly ip scanning software from manufacturers. If you are struggling to follow what I've written, it might wise to get a cctv engineer to do it for you.
