Never done a cd before,sent some music to a cd-r80, plays in my laptop, but not in my van?

depends what software your using i use nero and it gives you the option

i don't know that much either but i have made the same mistake

I think you mean cda not wav

libby, what program are you using to do the cd's? chances are your player in the van willplay them unless its really old. If oyu post what program you use I'll try to give some instructions.
