CDA built in oven door opening while on

just had a built in CDA SC620 oven installed in our new kitchen, it has a side opening door which closes with a magnet. The door keeps opening while on and won't close again until it has cooled down?
Could this be due to a lack of ventilation in the cabinet or is it just faulty?

What ever it is that is causing it the responsibility for resolving the problem lies with the supplier. If it has been installed properly it will have adequate ventilation. Call them & ask for the problem to be resolved to your satisfaction.
