A year ago since I did my Cedar cladding, and I made some samples using various Osmo UV colours, which have seen the sun 6+ hours a day most of the year.
May be handy for anyone trying to work out which to use. Clear UV still gets my vote. "Light" Cedar appears far from light! All Western Red Cedar.

The cladding looks great. I'm just praying the price drops a little so I can do mine. Doubt it will!

Wow - Probably similar then. I'm just going to have to spend the dosh I guess! I might get some quotes for rendering too.

That cost me £740 a year ago, not sure what’s happened to the prices since then tho

Was that an installed price ? One day I'm going to remove my hanging tiles on our bungalow gable and re do it with something attractive - so we can look @ a nice garden and house wall from our summerhouse ;)

Nah, just the cedar itself as I fitted it. I over ordered a bit so got a bit more than shown on the pic. And that price didn’t include oil or screws etc

Although to be fair, given how it’s transformed my house it’s worth every penny to me
