Anyone know if these guys are still around? Their number seems to have changed and I cant seem to find a current contact number. We have a fairly complicated looking installation from 2006 and it needs some work and I figured the best people for the job would be the same people who installed it, anyone ever heard of them?

Unless someone knows a good heating engineer in Suffolk who can work on unvented systems? I switched the heating on last night, 2 towel rails, 3 rads (one bleed?)and one room UFH served by an oil fired Rayburn, it hasn't been run since the winter, after a while I heard a loud wooshing and the kitchen filled up with steam, looks like a pipe burst! I am not sure if the pressure relief valve actually worked but I assume it didn't, air lock? The UFH didn't kick in that I could feel, I dont think the rads got hot either, any ideas? One thing I didn't do was check the pressure in the system first before switching it on but because its an unvented system I dont want to go messing with it.

Only kinked when it let go, it was straight before it exploded.
