I have a couple of ceilings that have got bubbles in the plasterboard what is the best way of dealing with these rather than replacing the ceilings,i haven't painted these yet but i will be.

Do you mean bubble in the paint, in the skim, or in the board? How big are they?

The skim seems to be as thin as you could possibly get away with so i'm guessing that it is the paper part of the plasterboard and none of them are bigger than 3 inches across and 5mm above level.Hope this explains it enough.

Short of digging them out and feathering some filler across, there is not alot else you can do to hide them.
