Ceiling dried damp patch

Hi, what would be the best way to cover the damp patch on a ceiling, as emulsion doesn't do the trick. Thnx.

Hi, Cure damp fault first, once cured no emulsion will cover the brown stain (it'll keep coming back) so when damp stain is dry cover with Zinser bin, or dampseal or damp seal aerosol or failing all that oil base undercoat in white or oil base gloss in white. When dry emulsion as normal. Job done ;)

walls scraped and easifilled in porchway, rear sticking french doors taken off planed and re-hung meant an early finish today so beat everyone:D wont be posting early tommorrow cos its all gotta be rubbed down and painted :cry: ;)
