Ceiling Halogens

Hi,
I have chained a series of 4 mains halogens from my original ceiling rose. Each halogen has a junction box the two core to the bulb. Chain is three core and terminates at the final junction box. They have worked fine for a week and now they have just stopped.
There is a voltage at the bulb holder but the bulb will not light. Bulbs have been checked and replaced.

Any ideas?
