Ceiling light - Have a wired it correctly? Pic Encolsed

I'm new to this and feel I might have done it wrong.
The light turns on and off, but I want someone to say if its OK or not.

Wired correctly but you need to sleeve that earth wire.

Does that mean put some tape around it?

You also need to unwire it and send the T&E into the back of it or you will not be able to screw the cover back on.

Not tape. You need some green&yellow sleeving. The colours are important because it shows that the conductor is an earth connection.

When you are finished, that grey cable needs to be completely inside the enclosure.
