Hi all , i'm having trouble removing a couple of TCP 2 pronged bulbs from my 2 3x bulbed ceiling lights in the kitchen...problem being some are spinning which doesn't allow me to twist the bulb enough to release and replace, I've tried all I can think of without breaking the bulb to allow better access, wedging down the sides etc nothing works. They are sat flush with a metal surround so I'm unable to get to the connections behind and the screws to keep the connection solid is behind the back of the bulbs?

I hope my explanation is good enough, I can try and answer any questions but I'm not electricaly savvy , thank you kris

Have you tried dropping the lights out of the ceiling? You might be able to grip the lampholder if you did that.
