Hello, I hope someone can help with my questions.
I have a ceiling light with 3 x G9 Halogen bulbs in my bathroom for 5-6 years. Right after I changed one of the bulbs this morning, I switched the light on and heard a slight ‘click’ sound, then new bulb did not light up. I changed to another one which did not work either. I swapped the bulbs around with other positions and also with a similar ceiling light in other room, and a conclusion is that only 2 bulbs work with that particular bathroom light, regardless of the positions.
I have 2 questions. 1) What is a cause? Can it be fixed by an electrician? 2) Will it be safe to use with 2 bulbs? As I’m not sure if an electrician can be booked right away * I am no use for any electricity DIY.
Many thanks in advance.
