ceiling light wire colors

I want to hang a lamp from my ceiling. The two ceiling wires are black and white and the three lamp wires are blue, brown, and white with green stripes. I have a block with two pins on one side for the ceiling wires and two holes on the other for two of the lamp wires. How should I wire them together?

It sounds like your fitting requires and earth and you don't have one. If you want it to be properly safe you need to rewire the lighting circuit to include one.
