Hi folks,
Had an estate agent out to value the house and he's suggested stripping out the wood panels in the kitchen extension and getting it plasterboarded and painted to give it a more modern look.
I genuinely don't care what he thinks, but the wife thinks it'd be a great idea, and who am I to argue...
Is this just a case of ripping these out and sticking up plasterboard then skimming over? (Refitting lights of course)
It's about 16x12 ft with a slope upwards.
Any idea what a rough quote for that might be? Very ballpark figure, just so I know what to expect?
