Central Heating conundrum

Central heating is driving me mad. Condensing boiler setup. Recently had thermostat replaced. Now recently Heating won’t come on when boosting. The little light on the controller comes on to say heating is on when boosted, 3 way valve (Drayton) is on ‘H’ but rads remain cold. Heating comes on on the timer but is sometimes erratic, occassionally stops heating rads even though stat set to highest temp. Have tried powering down and back up to reset everything and also resetting the boiler. Any easy fixes before I get the professionals back in?

more information needed, post a pic of your boiler and controlls, if you cant do that tell us what boiler you have what controller you have, any codes on the boiler etc
