Central heating not back after power cut

My electricity went out today but is fully back up and running. However, I can't get the radiators to heat up again. The hot water is working fine.

I have a Keston C35 and a NEST Thermostat. The thermostat itself and also the app seem to be working fine. I've reset and re-paired the heatlink to the thermostat and that connection seems fine. I've tried setting the heatlink to manual heating but all radiators are still cold. The boiler display says "Room Stat or Timer off".

I've tried turning the boiler off and on again but that hasn't helped. I'm attaching some photos... does anyone have any ideas what else I could try to fix it?

It could be the heat link has gone faulty after the powercut. It could so be a motorised valve or valves - do you have these?

Ok, ideally you need to prove the supply you’re working on is dead, but if you’re confident enough, turn the power off that feeds the heat link (should be same supply as the boiler), either join the 2 switch wires in the same terminal, a connector block or place a link between them, should be terminals 2 and 3, turn power back on and see if the boiler fires up.

I don't want to make things worse or hurt myself... and I'm really not sure what you are both talking about. So I guess I'll get a professional in :(

As has been said above, it sounds likely that the Heatlink may be faulty.
However, one very simple thing to try, that won't make things worse (but has little chance of success!) - try firmly tapping the Heat link a couple of times, with something like the handle of a screwdriver.
If there is a sticky relay in the Heat link, this may just free it!

Thank you, just tried that! Will let you know if it helped. I'm just curious how the fault could be related to the power cut this morning. Everything was working perfectly fine up until then and the boiler + heatlink are only just over a year old.

Electronics that stay on constantly, tend to work best if they remain powered on.
A power cut can leave microprocessors in an invalid state etc.. When the power is restored, there could be a surge that can damage components.
It has been known for Heatlinks to occasionally fail, and judging by posts here, Google are normally pretty good at replacing them.
It may be worth contacting them with the symptoms, and see if they will send you a new unit, before employing a tradesperson.
If you do need heat in the meantime, we are more than happy to guide you through carefully linking out the Heatlink - it is a straightforward task.
