the taps are bellow the pump. From the loft two pipes come down one from the tank one is the over flow (steam outlet) they go onto another pipe one end goes to the pump will have to look tomorrow will take a few photo's of Pipe work and post them tomorrow

Vent pipe should be 22mm pipe, other pipe is probably the 15 mm fill. Where this joins the presumably 22mm common pipe, is where you will find the blockage if it is one. Cut out pipe from either side of these 2 pipes where they join (T in)
