I have always used and seen 15mm pipe to radiators. I see JG have a manifold that goes from 22mm to 4 x 10mm. Is this OK and has anybody used it? Is 10mm to radiators OK?

You can use 10mm, 8mm, even seen 6mm (but not 4mm, yet!)
It obviously has a higher resistance than 15mm, so it depends on the lengths and flows required.
