how can i be sure my pump is not working?half the radiators are on the others not,tried bleeding radiators but still no joy .any info.gratefully appreciated,many thx in advance

More information such as make of pump and type of system would be useful.
the make of pump is grundfos,as to what type of system it is i haven't a clue,but to add to the mystery on my way to find out the make of pump,the rad in my living room is now on.
